As a Security Officer Screening Role in Ontario CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As a Screener at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location you will help monitor access points perform screening activities and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and strong communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license offering the chance to stay active work as part of a dependable team and bring Allied Universals values of agility reliability innovation care and integrity to every shift.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel visitors packages and/or shipments entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and established screening protocols.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business screening areas loading zones and perimeter with attention to unusual activity and other security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs screening records and incident documentation and communicate clearly with site personnel drivers and visitors regarding access procedures and security-related expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
