Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and delivery personnel by following site-specific screening procedures access protocols and other security-related policies for a fast-paced technology location.
• Screen people packages bags and/or materials entering or leaving the location in accordance with post instructions and report irregularities prohibited items and/or policy concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate logs screening records and incident documentation while communicating clearly with site personnel regarding access questions screening outcomes and other security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around designated screening areas entry points and the surrounding perimeter as directed with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
