As a Security Officer Roving Patrol Associate in Richardson TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and this people-first role you will support daily operations with integrity teamwork and reliability while helping create a welcoming environment for tenants visitors and staff.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents maintenance concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating relevant information to management and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies common areas parking areas entrances and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials when required and report suspicious behavior property damage and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by maintaining a visible presence assisting with customer inquiries and completing routine reports and logs related to security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
