Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by greeting patients visitors and staff managing front desk access procedures and following site-specific security-related policies for a healthcare location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity verify identification and visitor credentials as required and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Document visitor activity unusual events and security-related concerns and complete required reports with accuracy and professionalism.
• Support a professional atmosphere at the front desk by answering questions providing directions and assisting with security-related procedures for patients guests and employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
