Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures managing access activities and/or assisting with security-related inquiries for employees visitors and vendors.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas verify identification and visitor records and/or help to deter unauthorized access in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting appropriate personnel and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed front desk logs incident reports and other required documentation while communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support a professional office environment at a technology-focused location by observing and reporting security-related concerns providing direction to guests and/or reinforcing established entry procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
