Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors employees and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures front desk protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification managing visitor check-in and/or sign-in processes issuing visitor credentials and documenting arrivals and departures according to site policies.
• Answer phones greet guests and support lobby operations in a professional manner while helping to address questions direct individuals to appropriate contacts and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns to site contacts Allied Universal leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete required logs reports and other documentation related to access control incidents deliveries and other security-related front desk activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
