As a Security Officer Reception Console Specialist in El Segundo CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a commercial real estate location you will welcome tenants and visitors manage access activities and support daily security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. Pay Rate: $20.70 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures front desk protocols and security-related activities for a commercial real estate location.
• Greet and screen visitors confirm appointments issue access credentials and maintain front desk logs in accordance with property policies and procedures.
• Answer phones monitor lobby activity and/or entry points and communicate with property management tenants and emergency contacts as needed.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following post orders and reporting guidelines.
• Support access control package and delivery coordination and other administrative and security-related duties assigned to the front desk post.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
