Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a financial services setting.
• Monitor lobby and front desk activity manage visitor access verify identification and appointments and document entries exits and/or deliveries in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts employees visitors and/or first responders as needed.
• Answer questions provide directions and support employees guests and vendors while helping to maintain an orderly and professional front desk environment.
• Complete routine reports incident documentation and shift communications and report maintenance concerns access issues and/or policy-related violations to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
