As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Lithia Springs GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support access control and alarm response. This role offers the chance to deliver strong customer service while working with a team that values being agile reliable innovative people first and driven by integrity.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses loading and unloading areas trailer yards parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify authorized access for employees visitors and/or drivers and report unusual activity damaged equipment or unsecured areas.
• Support daily operations by observing shipping and receiving activity following post orders and reporting hazards policy violations and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
