As a Security Officer Patrol in Mason City IA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and this role you will bring agility reliability and integrity to every shift while working as part of a caring innovative team that puts people first.

Pay Rate: $18.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents facility concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production warehouse shipping and receiving parking and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points verify visitor and vendor entry requirements and support site access control procedures for employees contractors and deliveries.
• Observe and report equipment issues spills damaged doors or gates and other site conditions that may require attention following post orders and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
