Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors travelers and staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to supervisors and/or public agency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals public areas parking locations and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances restricted areas and pedestrian traffic for authorized access suspicious behavior and/or policy concerns and report findings according to site protocols.
• Assist with documenting daily activities incidents and observations and support coordination during weather events transportation disruptions and/or other operational issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
