Join Allied Universal as a Healthcare Patrol Officer where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support patients visitors and staff with outstanding customer service and this dynamic location you will bring a caring reliable approach while working with integrity and teamwork to create a welcoming environment and respond to routine site needs.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff patients visitors and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas entrances and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to manage the flow of visitors patients and/or deliveries in accordance with site-specific protocols and posted requirements.
• Support healthcare operations by assisting with security-related requests providing directions and communicating with staff and first responders during incidents and/or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
