As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Asset Protection in Moreno Valley CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents support access control activities and provide courteous customer service. This driving position requires a valid drivers license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients customers and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents customer concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner communicating with site leadership and emergency services as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location including sales floors entrances exits parking areas and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity hazards and policy violations; document observations and complete incident reports in accordance with site procedures.
• Assist with access control crowd management and support for retail operations during busy periods special events and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
