You will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents monitor access points and communicate professionally with residents visitors and staff. Pay Rate: $22.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to residential incidents access concerns disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings common areas parking areas and property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity maintenance concerns policy violations and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs incident reports and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
