Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests visitors and staff while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of hotel condominium common areas entrances parking areas amenities and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe resident guest and visitor activity in accordance with property procedures.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Document patrol activities incidents and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state county or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
