Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors tenants and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at the retail location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and document observations in accordance with site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas storefront corridors parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points observe visitor and vendor activity and communicate with mall management and/or local responders when needed regarding security-related concerns.
• Assist with crowd management lost and found inquiries and other public-facing support duties while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be available to work varying shifts including holidays nights and weekends.
• Must have 1 years of security-related experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to accommodate last minute shift scheduling.
• Must be able to travel the required distance for Branch Flex assignments.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
