Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

• Valid Drivers License:
  Candidates must possess a valid drivers license that complies with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This includes:
  • A current and valid license issued by the appropriate authority.
  • No significant driving violations or restrictions that would impede the ability to perform job duties.
  • Submission of a copy of the drivers license during the application process.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility production areas parking areas access points and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity verifying credentials as directed and documenting visitor contractor and delivery activity.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports incident reports and shift documentation and communicate security-related observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
