Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $25.10 / Hour

1. Valid Drivers License:

   • Candidates must possess a valid drivers license that complies with the Australian Driver Policy Requirements (C123).
   • Additionally candidates must hold a valid drivers license specific to the job state in which they are applying (C124).

2. EMT Certification:

   • Candidates applying for positions that require emergency medical response must have a current EMT certification (C127). This certification must be valid and recognized by the relevant authorities.

3. Technical Proficiency:

   • Candidates should demonstrate comfort and proficiency in using a computer or tablet (B204). This includes familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.

4. Customer Service Experience:

   • A background in customer service is essential for all candidates (B219). Applicants should provide evidence of previous experience in customer-facing roles highlighting their ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas access points parking areas and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location verify visitor and contractor authorization and maintain accurate security-related logs and records.
• Communicate observations incidents and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• EMT certification is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
