Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.80 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
  Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing tracking and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
  Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes the ability to navigate software applications manage emails and utilize online tools effectively.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)
  Candidates should possess a background in customer service. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries resolving issues and providing a positive customer experience.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and drivers by following site-specific access-control procedures policies and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials maintaining visitor and contractor logs issuing authorized badges or passes and directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Screen incoming and outgoing personnel vehicles and deliveries in accordance with site procedures escalating unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to access-control incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points facility grounds parking areas and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
