Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy retail location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including documenting observations and communicating with local management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store parking areas entrances loading zones and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor high-traffic retail areas for suspicious behavior assist with access and crowd control during peak business periods and support loss prevention efforts through visible presence and timely reporting.
• Carry and maintain authorized armed post equipment in accordance with Allied Universal standards and post orders while using sound judgment and professionalism during security-related interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
