Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests residents visitors and staff by carrying out access control procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a resort location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and authorizations and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas in a calm professional manner.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations with sound judgment clear communication and a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property lobbies amenities and perimeter with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.
• Document security-related activities access-related incidents and unusual conditions and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
