Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents and support staff patients and visitors through strong customer service and our agile reliable and innovative team you will put people first while working with integrity and teamwork every day.

Pay Rate: $16.74 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location including hallways waiting areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening procedures badge checks and/or directional support in accordance with site policies and healthcare location protocols.
• Support a professional atmosphere by communicating clearly with patients visitors and staff assisting with de-escalation when appropriate and reporting security-related issues in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment as required.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
