Position Type: Full Time / Day Shift

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents visitors and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures dispatch protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor phones radios alarms cameras and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service and relay information to mobile personnel and property contacts in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents maintenance concerns access issues and/or other security-related activity in reports and dispatch logs with clear and timely updates.
• Coordinate responses to incidents critical situations and/or after-hours concerns across the location while helping to support continuity of operations.
• Assist with access-related inquiries visitor directions and general information requests while following post orders and property policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state county or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
