As a Security Officer Luxury Retail Patrolin Los Angeles CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location you will conduct routine patrols monitor access points and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service communicate professionally with tenants and visitors and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings common areas parking facilities and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions maintenance concerns and security-related issues.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor vendor and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements; assist with directions and general information as needed.
• Prepare clear accurate reports and communicate observations incidents and shift activities to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
