As a Security Officer Hospital Restraint Support in Milton MA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients visitors and staff. You will support a caring environment through teamwork integrity and reliable service while responding to security-related needs with professionalism.

Pay Rate: $18.32 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies in a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings entrances parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity hazards and policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances verifying authorized access as directed and reporting unauthorized persons or suspicious activity.
• Document observations incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
