As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Routine Patrol in Honolulu HI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an educational location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment for students faculty staff and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns communicate professionally and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to students faculty staff and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established protocols and contacting appropriate campus personnel and/or emergency services.
• Monitor access points and observe campus activity reporting suspicious conditions hazards and policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrol activities incidents and observations through accurate reports and maintain professional communication with the campus community.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state county or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
