Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Pre-Employment Requirement: Valid Drivers License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors vendors and/or property management by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate buildings parking areas common areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor vendor and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site requirements.
• Complete daily activity reports incident reports and patrol documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and property representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state county or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
