As a Security Officer Full Time - Unarmed in Ladson SC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a leading automotive location you will manage badge access monitor entry points conduct routine patrols and help to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at an automotive facility verify authorized access credentials and maintain accurate visitor contractor and vehicle access records.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by monitoring restricted areas controlling access to designated locations and reporting suspicious activity to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entry points parking areas and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
