As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol in Los Angeles CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic media and technology location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service communicate professionally and use technology to document security-related activity. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and vendors at a media and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices production areas parking areas entrances and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner and report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and documenting security-related incidents unusual conditions and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
