As a Security Officer Full Time Screening in Frankfort NY you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. As a Screener at a manufacturing and industrial location you will help support a secure environment by monitoring access screening individuals and materials and reporting security-related concerns. You will maintain a professional presence communicate clearly with employees and visitors and help deter incidents through attentive observation. Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients employees visitors and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen employees visitors contractors and vendors entering and exiting the location; verify identification access permissions and required documentation.
• Monitor access points maintain visitor and delivery logs and report unauthorized entry attempts or unusual activity to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access areas loading zones business operations and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
