Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner including contacting supervisors emergency services and/or designated personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity unsecured areas and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances exits and public areas to help support authorized access observe site activity and report suspicious behavior hazards and/or maintenance concerns.
• Complete routine reports incident documentation and/or shift activity logs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and location representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
