Security Officer- Full Time, Mon-Fri, Reception

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.63/hour

Securitas is seeking a professional outgoing and customer-focused Security Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees visitors and vendors at a premier client location in Framingham MA.

This is a highly visible client-facing position that requires exceptional communication skills a polished professional demeanor and the ability to create a welcoming and secure environment. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people providing excellent customer service and maintaining a strong security presence while managing front desk operations.

• Greet employees visitors and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage front desk and reception operations while maintaining a secure environment
• Verify identification issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs
• Answer and direct incoming calls emails and inquiries appropriately
• Monitor building access and ensure compliance with site security procedures
• Coordinate with client personnel regarding visitor arrivals and appointments
• Respond to security concerns emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records reports and documentation
• Monitor security systems and report unusual activity or safety concerns
• Provide outstanding customer service while representing both Securitas and the client professionally

• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy reception setting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications
• Previous reception hospitality customer service administrative or security experience is a plus

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and communication
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to read write and speak English effectively
• High school diploma GED or equivalent
• Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the workday
