Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors tenants and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Monitor access control points verify credentials manage visitor entry and document deliveries vendors and/or contractors in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around entrances common areas loading zones and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Support retail location operations by observing foot traffic patterns assisting with directions and general inquiries and communicating unusual activity hazards and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
