As a Security Officer Driving in Los Angeles CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional in a dynamic commercial real estate location where you will help coordinate daily activity support field teams and monitor security-related operations with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor radio telephone camera and/or alarm activity receive calls for service and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents maintenance concerns and unusual activity in logs and reports and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations by gathering details relaying instructions and helping support timely follow-up from field personnel and/or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned noting security-related concerns access issues and/or areas that may need additional attention.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to ride a bike is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
