Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies managing visitor access and supporting security-related procedures for a healthcare location.
• Monitor entry activity verify credentials and/or visitor information and help to direct patients guests and staff in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Document daily activities visitor logs and incident details accurately and communicate important information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Support emergency response activities from the front desk help to address questions and concerns and maintain awareness of security-related issues within the lobby and reception area.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
