As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Associate in Lake Buena Vista FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort setting.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies guest areas parking areas corridors and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and common areas assist with visitor inquiries and/or help support property rules and security-related expectations in a courteous manner.
• Communicate with hotel staff management and/or emergency responders when needed to relay important information support incident response and help maintain orderly operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
