As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Associate in Bowie MD you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential location where you will drive and patrol assigned areas stay visible to help deter security-related incidents and support residents with outstanding customer service and our agile reliable and innovative team you will put people first act with integrity and contribute through teamwork each day.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures community policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with property contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings common areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and residential amenities observe for unauthorized entry and/or policy violations and help to deter unwanted activity through visible presence and professional interaction.
• Document daily activities incidents and/or maintenance-related concerns and report security-related issues to site contacts in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
