As a Security Officer Driver Entry Screening in Jacksonville FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will help monitor entry points verify credentials and support access procedures for employees visitors and deliveries. You will remain visible conduct routine patrols and provide strong customer service and a caring culture built on teamwork and integrity you will bring an agile reliable and innovative approach to daily security-related responsibilities.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures visitor processing badge verification and/or entry point monitoring at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting security-related concerns and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Monitor employee contractor and visitor movement through designated entrances and restricted areas helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting site access policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location entry points loading areas and perimeter noting maintenance issues unsecured doors and/or other security-related conditions.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate including following post orders communicating with site personnel and supporting orderly access restrictions during incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state county or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
