As a Security Officer Full Time Access Authorization in Manteca CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an Access Control Officer in a healthcare location you will help manage entry points verify credentials monitor access activity and assist employees visitors and patients with professionalism and care. You will maintain a visible presence communicate clearly and help deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures site-specific policies and appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare supply and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials manage visitor and contractor access and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents alarms access concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas including entrances restricted locations parking areas and the business perimeter while reporting unusual conditions.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and security-related concerns by maintaining a professional presence and communicating observations to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
