Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related protocols and/or emergency communication activities at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor dispatch systems phones radios alarms and/or electronic reporting tools to receive calls for service and route security-related personnel to incidents priority requests and routine assignments.
• Document incidents service requests and shift activity in logs and reports relaying timely updates to supervisors client contacts and/or emergency responders in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate responses to incidents critical situations and after-hours issues by gathering details maintaining communication with field personnel and helping to support orderly escalation when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support activities including tracking officer status monitoring coverage across the business and perimeter and helping to maintain awareness of changing site conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
