As a Security Officer Dispatch in Santa Ana CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As a Dispatch Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location you will monitor activity coordinate communications and support timely responses to security-related concerns. This role combines strong customer service clear communication and technology use while helping to maintain a professional environment. Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related support and emergency communication activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor alarms cameras phones radios and other communication systems to identify and report security-related concerns in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Dispatch officers and/or appropriate personnel to incidents service requests and critical situations while maintaining clear accurate communication with site contacts and first responders.
• Document incidents calls for service visitor activity and other daily operations in logs and reports with attention to detail and site-specific protocols.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining awareness of building operations reporting unusual conditions and following post orders for after-hours and restricted-area access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
