As a Security Officer Dispatch Operations in Cumberland RI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a healthcare location you will coordinate security-related communications monitor alarms and access activity document incidents and dispatch appropriate support to help maintain a secure environment. Your professionalism communication skills and customer-focused approach will support patients visitors and staff. Pay Rate: $22.85 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors delivery personnel and/or vendors at a healthcare location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Receive prioritize and dispatch calls for service alarms access concerns and incident reports to appropriate security-related personnel and site contacts.
• Monitor communication systems cameras alarm panels and other security-related equipment; document activities calls and incidents accurately in required logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with emergency responders and/or site leadership as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
