As a Security Officer Dispatch Center in Racine WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic retail location where you will coordinate security-related communications monitor activity document incidents and help guide timely responses across the property. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and on-site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities from a dispatch post.
• Monitor radio telephone alarm and/or camera systems to receive calls for service document activity and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents critical situations and routine requests by dispatching officers to assigned retail and common areas and communicating updates to site leadership as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs incident reports and shift activity records helping to support accurate documentation of security-related events maintenance concerns and/or visitor assistance requests.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when directed. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
