As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Shawnee KS you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine patrols remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This role offers the chance to support people first work as part of a dependable team and bring integrity agility and innovation to each shift.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff visitors and/or patients by carrying out site-specific procedures access control activities and emergency response support appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances exits and restricted areas to help control access verify credentials and report unauthorized activity in accordance with site policies.
• Support healthcare location operations by assisting with directions de-escalation when appropriate and timely reporting of hazards maintenance concerns and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
