Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive manufacturing location including production areas parking areas shipping and receiving zones and perimeter access points.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel visitors and/or deliveries verifying access credentials and helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Observe site operations and conditions for unusual activity potential hazards and/or policy violations and communicate security-related concerns according to post procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
