As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Clarksville TN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic manufacturing and industrial this role you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.71 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors contractors and on-site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a large industrial location.
• Respond to incidents alarms equipment issues and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings access points parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify credentials and/or visitor access in accordance with site protocols and report policy violations suspicious behavior and maintenance concerns.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining detailed logs completing required reports and following post orders for a fast-paced technology and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
