As a Security Officer Concierge in Hartford CT you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a commercial real estate location serving as the first point of contact for tenants guests and this stationary role you will help support security-related operations through visitor management access control clear communication and exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures access control activities and front desk support at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity verify visitor credentials issue access badges where applicable and document arrivals departures and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents service requests and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns to building management and/or emergency contacts when appropriate.
• Support daily front desk operations by answering questions assisting with directions maintaining accurate logs and reports and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent security-related presence and observation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1 years of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
