As a Security Officer - Community Accessin Saint Simons Island GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests residents visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials authorizing entry directing visitors and documenting guest vendor and delivery activity in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents policy concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating matters to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around guest areas common spaces entrances and the perimeter helping to identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Communicate clearly with hotel or resort personnel visitors and Allied Universal leadership regarding access activity incidents and/or changing site conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
