As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Hershey PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location where you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors employees and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas warehouse spaces parking areas and perimeter locations noting and reporting security-related concerns and/or maintenance issues.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees visitors and/or deliveries helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting site access procedures.
• Support a clean and professional location by observing for spills blocked exits damaged doors and/or other conditions that could affect daily operations and communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
