As a Security Officer Building Lobby Concierge in Irvine CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal at a professional commercial real estate location where you will serve as the front desk presence greeting visitors supporting access and badge activity monitoring security-related systems and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location.
• Monitor lobby and front desk activity manage visitor check-in processes verify identification and access permissions and communicate access procedures to guests and building personnel.
• Answer phones greet incoming visitors provide directions and support a professional first point of contact for the property while documenting routine front desk activity and unusual incidents.
• Respond to incidents service requests and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Support access control and badge-related processes observe cameras and alarm notifications and report maintenance life system and/or security-related concerns according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 or more months of security-related experience is required.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
